Financial Aid Portal

Welcome to the Colby College Student Financial Services online portal. You can:

• Check the status of your aid application 24/7.
• View a list of documents we've received from you and the list of documents still outstanding.
• Upload requested documents. 
• View your financial aid offer (if available).

Students are reminded to monitor their Financial Aid Portal and Colby e-mail account regularly, as these are the official means of communication employed by our office to contact students.

First-time users:

If this is your first time accessing the financial aid portal you must activate your student account. We are unable to offer parent account access to the financial aid portal. Follow the steps below to activate your account using your Colby ID number. 

• Use the First-time user link located in the login box. Enter your Colby ID Number and follow the steps to create your challenge questions and password. Once complete your account will be active. 
• Do not include leading zeros in your Colby ID Number when activating or logging in to your financial aid portal. For example: if your Colby ID Number is: 00111111, enter 111111, this will be your ID for logging in and activating your account. 
• Passwords expire after 180 days, please reach out to Student Financial Services at [email protected] if your password has expired.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Colby College in order to access this system. If you have not begun the financiala id application proess, you can get started by completing the CSS Profile (for domestic and international students) and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (for domestic students- U.S. Citizens, Dual U.S. Citizens or Eligible Non-Citizens/Permanent Residents).
